Sarah Ter Har, a former high-school track and cross-country athlete and endurance runner of 27 years. Fueled by optimism, gritty determination and a passion for endurance running, Sarah finds motivation in experiencing beautiful views accessible only by foot and enjoys inspiring others to do the same.
Sarah holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree with a Minor in Business. Sarah worked several years as a director where she developed and coordinated large community events. This experience, coupled with her love for the running community will transfer well as she gradually takes the lead with Trail Run Events and Ultra Ladies. Sarah is a UESCA Certified and is about to receive her Nutrition Certification. Sarah will be specialize in helping endurance runners. When she isn’t spotted on the trails she can be found enjoying camping and traveling with her husband, daughter and two dogs. |
Nancy Shura-Dervin aka "Ultra Mama" is founder and owner of Ultra Ladies and Trail Run Events,LLC. Nancy started running for the very firsttime in 1990 and has finished more than 100 marathon to 100+ mile races where she has several age division podium finishes. Nancy was the first person documented to qualify for and finish two of the most prestigious foot races in the world in the same year, the Boston Marathon and the Badwater 135 Mile Ultra Marathon, known as the "World's Toughest Footrace".

Nancy is an RRCA Certified Running Coach and UESCA Certified Ultra Running Coach and holds an active CA nursing license. Her career as a groundbreaking educator, coach and motivational speaker in the field of natural childbirth translates perfectly to helping runners learn physical, mental and emotional tools to complete challenging races.
