IMPORTANT NOTES, PLEASE READ:
- Trail running is hazardous... All Newbies must read the Trail
Running Guidelines on this website.
- Check Drive Directions on website. Some
runs have parking fees.
- Please observe quiet in residential areas in the early morning.
- All mileage is approximate. Go for time on your feet.
- Please use the sign-out sheet located near the ice cooler. Don’t forget
to sign-in when you return.
- Tailgate potluck food/drinks after each run… bring protein for muscle
recovery!
- Bring a beach chair for the potluck. You will enjoy sitting for a while
after these runs!
